Welcome to our community engagement website in support of the delivery of the masterplan for The Landings, Ford, a new mixed-use community at Ford Airfield.

The plans are a culmination of over a decade of work by the local community, led by the Ford Community Land Trust, leading to the site being allocated in the Ford Neighbourhood Plan and the Arun District Council Local Plan.

Abri and Vistry Group acquired the site in 2024 and is delighted to get the chance to deliver the vision set out in the masterplan for The Landings.

We appreciate how much work has gone into getting the plans to where they are today and Abri and Vistry are excited to bring forward a truly exemplar scheme, delivering a new Heart of Ford.
